Full Moon Reminder
This isn’t about manifesting harder. It’s about becoming clearer.
The full moon is a mirror. It doesn’t add anything new, it illuminates what’s already there.
A simple practice:
Write down what you’re choosing to move toward over the next two weeks. Not from pressure. From alignment.
Then write down the thoughts, fears, habits or emotions that could quietly pull you off course. The patterns. The stories. The resistance.
Not to judge them. Just to see them.
Burn the list of obstacles safely, not as a dramatic gesture, but as a signal to your nervous system: ‘I no longer need to carry this.’
Cleanse in a way that feels grounding to you. Incense. Water. Silence. Breath.
Let the body release what the mind has been holding.
And then, gratitude.
Not for what you’re trying to attract. But for what already exists. For the lessons. For the clarity. For the awareness.
Awareness creates space. Space creates choice. Choice creates change.
The moon doesn’t force growth. It reveals where it’s ready.
