There’s this idea that everything falls apart right before it comes together,
and yeah, sometimes it feels like that.
like the pressure, the chaos, the discomfort
must mean something good is about to land.
but if we’re being honest,
that’s not always how it works.
life doesn’t hand out abundance as a reward for surviving hard seasons.
because plenty of people go through turmoil
and still self-sabotage the very things they prayed for.
so it’s not the struggle that qualifies you.
it’s what you become inside of it.

hard seasons don’t magically prepare you.
they just expose you.
your patterns
your triggers
your limits
your avoidance
your truth
and you either face that, or you don’t.
it’s like that saying,
the same boiling water hardens the egg and softens the potato.
same pressure.
different outcome.
so maybe it’s not,
‘everything is falling apart because something better is coming’
maybe it’s,
everything is being stripped back
so you can see clearly what needs to change
so when something better does come,
you don’t lose it the same way twice.
because abundance isn’t just about receiving
it’s about being able to hold it
without shrinking
without sabotaging
without running back to what feels familiar
and that part?
that’s the real work.
